The Indosys Referral Network is a program designed to pro-actively allow professionals to refer both candidates and hiring managers to connect via Indosys and increase their potential of finding the right position or candidate.

How It Works?
All you have to do is refer Candidates that are seeking new positions or Hiring Managers in the United States that have open positions. If one of your referrals gets hired by Indosys or hires someone from Indosys, you get paid.
It’s that simple!
Bonus Amounts (all figures in US Dollars):
- For each referred Candidate that gets hired by Indosys, you make $2,000
- For each Indosys Candidate hired by a referred Hiring Manager, you will make $2,000. (If the referred Hiring Manager hires four (4) Candidates from Indosys, you will make 4 X $2,000 = $8,000)
- After five (5) referrals, the bonus amount goes up to $3,000 for each additional referral

| How to Maximize the Bonus |
- Refer 10 Candidates that get hired by Indosys
OR
- Refer one or more Hiring Managers that hire 10 Candidates from Indosys
- Either combination will earn you $25,000 in referral bonuses
5 X $2,000 = $10,000 for the first 5 referrals +
5 X $3,000 = $15,000 for the next 5 referrals

- Search Available Jobs to see which positions we are actively seeking Candidates for or browse our Areas of Expertise to see which positions we focus on for Hiring Managers
- Identify Candidates or Hiring Managers that you are interested in referring
- Submit Referrals using the Online Submission Form

| Referral Bonus Rules and Regulations |

- You can refer Hiring Managers or Candidates, or both. You cannot refer yourself as either a Candidate or a Hiring Manager
- Candidates and Hiring Managers must be exclusively referred by you. If Indosys already has the Candidate or Hiring Manager in its database, the referral will not be acknowledged. The first Participant to refer a candidate or hiring manager will receive the credit and rights to the referral
- You can earn a bonus on a referral for a one year period of time that a referral is made, also known as the Referral Validity Period (RVP)
- Day one of the RVP starts when a referral is made to Indosys and you receive an Indosys validated Referral ID via email
- If for some reason the candidate does not get hired during the RVP or no placements are made with the Hiring Manager during the RVP, then you will not receive bonuses for the referrals made
- After the RVP has expired, a referred Candidate and/or Hiring Manager will become the exclusive property of Indosys and you will no longer have any right to earn bonuses from the referral
- You will only get paid once per referred Candidate placement
- A Candidate must be in his or her position for a minimum of three (3) months for you to earn the referral bonus
- You will only get paid for a period of one year (RVP) per referred Hiring Manager. During this period you will earn a bonus every time the Hiring Manager hires an Indosys Candidate
- The maximum amount of referral bonuses you can earn in a calendar year is $25,000 (USD)
- Referrals can only be submitted using the Online Submission Form
